Ilse is a qualified mat teacher in BODY CONTROL PILATES and also holds certification in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac and Barrels work through STOTT Pilates. She is a level 3 instructor on the Register of Exercise Professionals and a qualified Back4Good Practioner.
Ilse has worked in the fitness industry for over 35 years, directing, choreographing and teaching across a broad spectrum of ages, abilities and techniques. Pilates was a natural transition from her dancing and teaching career, helping her recover from injury, back pain, stress and cancer.
Ilse established the only dedicated Pilates and yoga studio in Enfield town, North London and teaches Reformer classes, equipment classes and group mat work classes as well as one to one classes.
Sophie grew up training to be a dancer and went on to study music at the University of Nottingham. During her time at university Sophie discovered her passion for fitness.
Since graduating in 2010, she has qualified in numerous areas of fitness instructing, including; gym instructing, exercise to music, kettle bell training, kids fitness and she is trained in Stott Pilates mat work. Sophie also teaches weekly Zumba classes around the Enfield area.
Sophie first started practising Pilates at the age of 13 as part of her classical ballet training and has continued training in Pilates to help prevent injury and keep fit. Through teaching Pilates Sophie would like to share the positive impact that this exercise programme can have on everyday life.
Sophie is currently working towards an Osteopathy degree at the University college of Osteopathy.
Jo has been working in the fitness industry for over 11years and has been teaching yoga for 8 years.
She completed her initial training as a yoga teacher at the Sivananda ashram but now incorporates many different styles of yoga in to her classes including Astanga, Hatha and Bikram .
She is a trained Yoga Bugs and Yoga’d up teacher, teaching children from the age of two and a half to eleven and has also completed training with Birthlight in Yoga for Pregnancy and Baby Yoga.
Jo is very passionate about her teaching and delights in witnessing the many benefits received by her students through regular yoga practice.
She is a level 3 instructor with the Register of Exercise Professionals.

Heather first got the fitness bug at the age of 11 when she joined the schools Athletic team and the local Harriers club.
Exercise still is important to Heather who as a member of Fitness Professionals taught High/Low impact Aerobics, step, body pump, circuits etc.. all the while holding down a full time job in IT/Finance for a Global company.
Adding Holistic Tisserand Aromatherapist in the nineties was an opportunity to slow down and look at the body from a different perspective, eventually discovering Pilates.
Heather is now qualified as a Level 3 Pilates Matwork Teacher.
Dominique Bulgin is a Pilates teacher (mat and apparatus) and a Dance Movement Therapist. She is also certified in Practical Shiatsu. A former professional contemporary dancer, Dominique used Pilates throughout her career to condition, train and rehabilitate from injury. She first studied the classical Pilates repertoire in her dance training. Over the last 10 years, she has integrated different perspectives into her teaching and believes in an interdisciplinary approach to movement. Dominique has created Pilates programmes for professional dance companies, vocational training schools, community groups and therapy centres, working in collaboration with physiotherapists and osteopaths.
Teaches Yoga on thursdays at 5.45pm.
Teaches Yoga every Sunday at 9.30am.
It is a drop in class for 1 hour 15 minutes for £10
